Can you introduce your company from his founding to these days?

A.C. Dental was fouding in 1994 with the aim of doing manufacturing and with the aim of trading-selling expending necessaries in the area of dental. But afterwards when we see the instable of expending necessaries in the market we inclined towards the sale and manufacturing  of dead stock. İn our new structure because of we solved the financing of the consumer now need in the second-rate or need in new equipment when we procure the consumer's pleasure we aim to realize the sale. Briefly when our consumer is pleased with the product we leave any reason for he doesn't sale it. And in this phase we believe that we give service in a very valuable area. Because we built surgery especially for young doctor frıends who hasn't enough possibility for they can present their service without any problem. With new and with second-rate equipment.

Can you speak about the group of your product and about their characteristic?

İn the development of the product and in the spending of the investment standardization play a very important role. With this aim we take our certificate of TSE, afterwards we take our CE and İSO certificates to increase our exporting.
                      

Can you give information about your trading and saling strategies?

We are interested in a work which hasn't another organized example in Turkey. We have got a very developped billfold about the trade-sale and the revision of the toothdoctor second-rate equipment. But our company hasn't the main aim of success about second-rate . İn first view the economic situation in which our country is the trade-sale of second-rate dental equipment can be very attractive, it is a tailor work intrisic. In other words future, in production and after, is scribing in the world's standart. With this point of view A.C. Dental, with his coordination with "System Dental" develops sale entrap of Turkey's unity of System Dental, it begins to realize its plans about future to take on selling and after operations of service. With this aim starting from first phase the production of System Dental unities it gives every support about investment and transfers of know-how. Marketing will become the valid money of the new age. Now it isn't very difficult to make manufacturing. Now in the world another factor; in the area of rivalry which become very difficult can do inezpensive manufacturing and with quality and after active selling, with the using of stratagems can convey these products to the final consumer. İn the other words A.C. Dental, thinks that in the new century the factor of human will be more important. External giving direct support to the production A.C. Dental like the tactic of marketting purpose to market the products which he is the representative with the system of franchise in the general of Turkey and with the way of hot selling to the final consumer in his own area.

What can you say about your works in the importation and exportation of products?

In the developing Turkey we think that exportation is more important than importation for this reason we aren't interested by importation. In Turkey it is thinking that the product which is exported is beter. But this opinion diminishes every day. For this reason we purpose to catch the standardization of the product and to open at the whole world. Now in 6 country we export our tooth unities with the trademark of System Perfect and we purpose with taking CE certificate opening in European countries, and increasing the number of the conytries in whick we export.

Do you think that in Turkey it gives enough importance about the standart of toothdoctor's products?
Can you speak about your works in the standart of your company?

In Turkey it hasn't enough importance to the toothdoctor's products. In toothdoctor sector like the other sector the price of unquality products can become attractive for this reason our tooth doctors can use it. We, to go on of this situation, in the selling and afterwards service we suggest to our tooth doctor most attractive conditions.

Can you give information about your AR-GE activities which is an important reason in the development of the new products and strategies?

We always make research for new products. In last months we expose to our tooth doctor's discrimination our Perfect model which is a product most ergonomic and quality. Besides we work on the conceptions of a second model of Perfect. Very nearly we expose this product for our tooth doctor using too. With this we begin to act our selling organizations which become most attractive for our tooth doctor.
All of our products have the TSE certificate . Like we say in the upper part our works to take CE and İSO certificate continue.

What are your purposes in the short and long terms?

In the short term we want to develop our exportation billfold with the increasing of our production capacity. In the long terms we purpose to make the necessary investment to can doing production with the system of strap. Near System Prosis and System Perfect which is in our present manufacturing our AR-GE works about the manufacturing of autoclave and compressor.

In summary, A.C. Dental, with the wish of heading fastly towards to become institutional, with the love of productivity and standardization in the are of manufacturing, in the area of sale and marketing with their approach based on human and with sure step for the future, goes on with the slogan "WE ARE HERE TOO".
